"LIFE FIRST"

The "Life First" campaign aims to enhance safety awareness in the construction industry and raise safety standards on sites. 

The "Life First" campaign was introduced by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) in 2020. With the active participation and tremendous support from the industry stakeholders, the CIC will organise the "Life First" campaign in June 2025 to continue its vision and mission. We would like to recall all stakeholders to take up roles and responsibilities to enhance construction safety and "Walk the Talk". We encourage every construction site to conduct an overall safety inspection and workshops, so as to identify and review operations of site specific high-risk activities, including 1) Working at Height; 2) Heavy Lifting; 3) Heavy Machinery; 4) Confined Space; and 5)Temporary Works.
